A PLATFORM FOR UKRAINIAN VOICES. A COLLECTIVE AGAINST PROPAGANDA.

Since 2025, we’ve been bringing together artists, filmmakers, musicians, and activists across borders. We create, collaborate, and fight for culture – and for truth. In a world flooded with disinformation, we believe art can cut through the noise. We give voice to the unheard, space to the unseen, and hope to the future.

Art is our voice. Creativity is our resistance. Join us.

Propaganda Tour

Sherif Shalaby
founder
Founder behind Pulse Ukraine, Sherif’s goal is to bring a unique and honest perspective to every project. With a background in design, technology, and manufacturing, his favorite places are the basements, studios, and factories where creatives change the world. He saw a unique opportunity to document what he believes to be a historical subculture scene in Ukraine. He quickly became one of its most passionate supporters with an unwavering belief in the power of Ukrainian voices.

Yulia Provorchenko
editor
Born in Shchastia, Luhansk region, Yuliia studied journalism in Luhansk. In 2014, war forced her to leave. She moved to Kyiv, thinking it was temporary. It wasn’t. She shifted from journalism to film, teaching herself to edit - and building a path as a director, editor, and co-founder of a creative studio. Over 8 years, she’s crafted stories for Visa, Rozetka, Suspilne Kultura, and Ukraine’s Armed Forces. Yuliia’s focus is on real people and real stories - vulnerable, complex, and full of strength. Her work documents not just events, but the quiet power of those who live through them.
alina-grodzytska
Alina Hrodzytska
creative producer
Born in Dnipro, Alina studied in France but returned to Ukraine, inspired by Kyiv’s energy - the raves, the art, the people. Starting out in international economics, she soon pivoted to creative production, working as a video engineer at a VFX studio before shifting into strategy, branding, copywriting, and account management for motion and 3D studios. With experience across post-production, campaigns, and creative direction, Alina brings empathy, clarity, and a sharp eye to every project. Now a director and producer, she’s building incredible teams and pouring heart into work that deeply matters - and you’ll feel it soon enough.
