We collect only the information that you voluntarily provide to us. This may include your name, email address, affiliation, city, or the content of your message — such as collaboration proposals, artist submissions, or questions about our projects. We do not track you across websites, and we do not collect sensitive personal data like financial details, biometric identifiers, or location metadata.
When you visit the site, we may receive anonymous technical information such as your browser type or country, solely for basic analytics and performance optimization. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party profiling tools, or behavioral data harvesting.
Any information you share with us is used exclusively for the purpose it was submitted. For example, if you contact us with a project idea, we may use your email address to follow up. If you’re featured as an artist, we may use your name and public-facing materials (e.g. artist photo, statement) on our platform — always with your prior consent.
We may also use your information to:
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to third parties. We do not run ads. We’re here to collaborate, not to monetize your data.
Yes, but only the essentials. Our website may use cookies to support basic functionality — such as saving your preferences or enabling embedded content like YouTube, Vimeo, or third-party forms (e.g. Tally, Typeform). These tools may set cookies of their own, but we do not use them to track or profile you.
We do not use Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or similar advertising technologies. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
We keep your data only for as long as necessary. For example, if you submit a collaboration request, we’ll retain your email while the conversation is ongoing. If you become part of a project (e.g. Propaganda Tour), we may retain basic artist metadata (such as name, discipline, city, and quote) as part of our documentation and platform archive — but always respectfully, and with removal available upon request.
If at any time you want your data, your quote, or your media removed from our site or database, we’ll handle it promptly.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data. Access to communication records is limited to core members of the Pulse Ukraine team. Any third-party platforms we use (e.g. email providers, video hosting) are selected for their compliance with international privacy standards.
However, no system is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals without delay.
